  • Q According to the transmission form

    A There are three types: collective transmission, individual transmission and traveling. The first two types are widely used, especially the individual transmission mode develops rapidly, and the traveling roller table is rarely used. Collective transmission is mainly used in areas with harsh working conditions, heavy workload and high ambient temperature. Usually, it is used to transport short and thick rolled pieces, such as roller table in front of furnace and behind furnace, roller table before and after rolling mill, etc. 
     
    This transmission mode complicates the roller table, but the roller table uses less electrical equipment, consumes less energy, is convenient for several kinds of ventilation, is easier to manufacture and has less investment. The single drive roller table is mainly used in areas with light workload, slender rolled pieces and low temperature, such as finishing areas. The main advantages of the roller table with independent drive are small flywheel torque, easy starting and braking, rapid roll change independently, convenient maintenance without affecting production, easy adjustment of roller height, simple structure, light weight, easy processing and easy standardization. Compared with the collective drive, the roller table has higher cost and higher inertia when running.It is not easy to stop, so it is not easy to choose the rolled piece that requires accurate stop.
  • Q According to the structural characteristics

    A It can be divided into hollow roller table, solid roller table, circular roller table, patterned roller table and conical roller table, etc., which can be selected according to working conditions.
  • Q According to the usage

    A There are feeding roller, front roller, back roller, transport roller, extension roller, working roller, collection roller and special purpose roller, such as in-furnace roller, lifting roller, cooling roller and inspection roller.
  • Q Lubricating roller table

    A Regularly lubricate all parts of the roller table, such as roller bearings and driving devices. Select a suitable lubricant and lubricate it according to the specified lubrication cycle.
  • Q Check the control system

    A Regularly check the operation of the control system, such as whether the control buttons and indicator lights are normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired in time.
  • Q Check the drive

    A Regularly check the operation of the driving device, such as whether the temperature and noise of the motor, reducer and other equipment are normal. If there is any abnormality, it should be repaired in time.
  • Q Check roller

    A Check the wear of the rollers regularly, and replace the rollers with serious wear in time. At the same time, check whether the rotation of the roller is flexible. If it is stuck, it should be repaired in time.
  • Q Clean roller table

    A Regularly clean the impurities such as dust and oil on the roller table and keep the roller table clean. Compressed air, brushes and other tools can be used for cleaning.
  • Q The quality of the casting blank is good

    A
    Because of the rapid cooling speed of continuous casting, continuous casting and controllable and stable casting conditions, the internal structure of the slab is uniform and dense, with less segregation and stable properties. The plate rolled by continuous casting billet is superior to die casting in transverse performance, deep drawing performance and other performance indexes. In recent years, continuous casting has been used to produce slabs with no surface defects, which are directly hot-rolled into steel.
    Continuous casting steel is a systematic project, involving a series of processes such as steelmaking, steel rolling, refractories, energy, spare parts, production organization and management.
  • Q Improving working conditions, and easy to realize automation

    A The mechanization and automation of continuous casting are relatively high, and the continuous casting process has been automatically controlled by computer, which frees the operators from heavy manual labor. In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of automation level, electronic computers are also used for the control of continuous casting production, all of which are controlled by computers except the casting operation. For example, the slab caster of Baosteel in China uses five PFU-1500 computers for on-line control, which has 3l control functions, such as cutting length calculation, compression casting control, electromagnetic stirring setting, on-line width adjustment of crystallizer, quality management, secondary cooling water control, process data collection, slab casting, tracking, finishing line selection, flame cleaning, slab printing label and weighing, and various report printing.
